| A: The first thing that has to be checked when this problem occurs is that the scanner or the camera that you have selected in PacsScanner are actually connected. With most devices PacsScanner would generate a proper warning or error message. Sometimes the device drivers do not work properly and PacsScanner is not able to get from them the correct "answer" when trying the acquisition from such devices. |
